Londis has won the tender to supply the 10-store chain of Action Station forecourts, based in south and west Yorkshire and the north of England.
"We submitted our proposals for developing the Action Stations network after a trial at two sites," said Londis sales director Terry Bedford.
"The test sites in Sunderland and Retford were already the best overall performers in the group."
Action Stations md Paul Jervis commented: "Since we developed our Sunderland store in partnership with Londis two years ago, its turnover has trebled and grocery sales are now more significant than fuel sales.
"As a result we have obtained permission to transfer the off-licence from a stand alone unit next door into the convenience store."
Londis Group now has more than 180 forecourt stores.
