Kraft Heinz hopes to build on the success of its Seriously Good Mayonnaise with the creation of a sauces range under the Seriously Good banner.
Targeting shoppers aged 20 to 35, the supplier has launched a quartet of French-style products. Creamy Chive, Creamy Pepper, and Creamy Béarnaise variants (260g) and a 270g Creamy Tomato & Garlic sauce are available now in an urn-shaped jar designed to be easily ‘spoonable’ (rsp: £1.99).
The NPD follows the introduction of Seriously Good Mayonnaise last February. Launched as a rival to Hellmann’s mayo, it generated £5.9m in value sales in its first eight months [Nielsen 52 w/e 8 October 2016].
