Producers are gearing up for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with some essentially English launches.

Sipsmith has produced a Summer Cup (29% abv) inspired by the English ‘cups’ of the 1800s. It includes lemon verbena, Earl Grey tea, cardamom, cucumber and orange blended with Sipsmith London Dry Gin, and is available through Waitrose, Majestic and the Sipsmith website.

Meanwhile, Manchester Drinks is launching a special edition MyCocktail Summer Fruit Punch. The ready-to-serve 1.5-litre pouch has a 10% abv and blends white Caribbean rum with strawberry, raspberry and blueberry juice infused with honey. It will be available in Asda from April priced £13.99.
