Northern Irish brand Little Big Shot Energy is gearing up to target the rest of the UK with a relaunched version of its healthy energy drink.

The drink - set to launch here in the next six weeks - is a revamped version of a product rolled out in April 2011. Like the original, the new version (rsp: £1.49/330ml) is free from taurine, caffeine and artificial ingredients but now includes deep ocean minerals that brand founder Bert Jukes claims to be natural energy sources.

Jukes launched an energy shot under the Little Big Shot name in 2009 but it was discontinued. He now plans to develop further products containing deep ocean minerals, including confectionery and yoghurt.
