West Yorkshire’s Little Valley brewery has expanded its range with the launch of 10% abv barley wine LVB X. The bottle-conditioned beer was brewed to celebrate Little Valley’s 10th birthday, and is available now in independent retailers in Yorkshire. The boxed 330ml bottle has an rsp of £6.25.
“A barley wine is just too tasty (and too strong) to be guzzled down and needs to be treated properly,” said Little Valley co-founder Wim van Der Spek. “With the launch of LVB X, we want to show beer drinkers everywhere that sometimes the old ones are the best and they don’t always need to turn to the new brews, or international craft beers, for something different.”
