Marks and Spencer has sold its former Baker Street headquarters in London for £115m. The retailer moved from Baker Street last September to a purpose-built facility in Paddington.
M&S said that the building had been bought by the real estate company London &Regional Properties and that it would use the sales proceeds “for general corporate purposes.”
