Mars UK is spending £4m on Maltesers, Celebrations and Mistletoe Kisses and revamping packaging across its range this Christmas.
Maltesers and Celebrations are being backed by £1m and £2m marketing campaigns respectively, including new TV adverts during the festive period. Maltesers is to get a limited edition 400g box, while the Celebrations tin is being replaced with a plastic tub.
Mr T will feature on the company’s selection boxes to boost their appeal among males and build on the success of the Get Some Nuts TV campaign featuring the former A-Team star, which aired earlier this year.
