CBD brand Medahuman has rolled out a range of functional mushroom powders, gummies and oils.
The new products – which join Medahuman’s existing CBD drinks offer – will launch via DTC later this month, and on Amazon later this year. All the SKUs apart from one – a 1,000mg CBD oil – have also rolled into Morrisons.
A four-strong range of “Superblend Powders” (rsp: £15/150g) incorporate reishi, cordyceps, chaga, tremella and lion’s mane mushrooms. Available in Night, Glow, Energy and Recover, they would “provide targeted wellness support” and had been “formulated to deliver great taste”, said Medahuman.
CBD gummies in Energy and Recover (rsp: £15/30 gummies), meanwhile, could be “easily incorporated into a daily routine”. Energy helped with “focus and vitality” while Recover would support the immune system “reduce inflammation and aid muscle recovery”, Medahuman said.
Finally, a duo of CBD oils have also been added.
A 2,000mg CBD Night Oil (rsp: £20/30ml) is infused with lavender and medium-chain triglycerides (MCT). It would deliver “deeper, more restful sleep”, according to Medahuman.
A 1,000mg CBD Relax Oil in a spray format was designed for “daily stress relief”.
The NPD is possible as Medahuman has secured the FSA’s permission to effectively borrow and rebrand existing products linked to CBD applications on the FSA’s public list.
“Our focus on individual needs is what sets Medahuman apart,” said founder Adam Feldheim. “By expanding our product line, we’re offering even more ways for people to incorporate wellness into their daily lives.”
Alongside the NPD, Medahuman has also undergone a brand refresh. Changes would “make it easier to access and understand daily regimented wellness supplements”, the brand said.
