Sushi chain Moshi Moshi is adding edible QR codes to a range of its sushi. Made from rice paper and squid ink, a code will be added to its sweet & sour MSC-certified Cornish sardine nanbanzuke at the end of this month. When consumers scan the code with their smartphone, it will take them to the eatmsc.org website where they can read about where the fish comes from and how it’s caught. The product featuring the code will change seasonally.
