An innovative Welsh rarebit spreads range has won its first multiple listing.
Natty’s Welsh Rarebit makes its major retail debut in 45 Tescos in Wales this month. It comes in four flavours original, leek, chilli and bacon and is designed to be spread on toast and then grilled.
A plant in North Wales makes the spread using a recipe by Natalie Nield-Siddall, who has sold it at farmers’ markets and independents since 2008. It has been in Harvey Nichols London since February.
