David Rennie has been appointed marketing director for Nestlé Rowntree.
Rennie joins Nestlé from Procter & Gamble, where he has spent most of his career, most recently as a senior marketer in P&G’s homecare business unit based in Geneva, Switzerland.
He will take up his new role in August, replacing Neil Ducray, who leaves to take up an unconfirmed position within Nestlé. Ducray became marketing director in July last year, joining from advertising agency TBWA Hong Kong, where he had been managing director and planning consultant since 2000. Prior to this, he was business director for American Express and vice president of regional marketing for Sierad Produce in Asia.
Chris White, managing director of Nestlé Rowntree, said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank Neil for the contribution he has made to the business over the past year and to wish him every success in the future.”
