Bibendum managing director Tom Heywood-Lonsdale has stepped down after 13 years at the wine merchant. He is succeeded by joint mds Dan Jago and Michael Saunders.
Heywood-Lonsdale said: "Thirteen years in the same job is sufficient. I need a new challenge."
Jago and Saunders were already executive directors, responsible for the agency business and on-trade respectively.
Consultant Simon Farr has taken on the role of non-executive deputy chairman while continuing as a non-executive director.
Bibendum has also strengthened its team with the appointment two new members.
Darrell Jones has been appointed agency sales manager, responsible for the overall management of all sales to multiples, independents and alternative off-trade channels.
Jones has more than 16 years' experience in the international wine industry and joins from Arco Bodegas Unidas, where he was UK and Ireland export director.
Jago said: "Jones' appointment further strengthens our commitment to becoming one of the UK's leading agency houses.
"We have forged ahead with the development of brands such as Valdivieso, Argento, Melini and Graham Beck, and Jones will continue to improve the quality of service we offer suppliers."
Victoria Sharples has been appointed PR and trade marketing coordinator responsible for the marketing activities of the trade division.She brings a wealth of knowledge about her native Australia.
