A new organic supermarket chain is to launch in London this week, with plans to roll the concept out nationwide in three years' time.
The 3,000 sq ft Here flagship store in Chelsea is to stock 4,000 certified organic products from wine to vitamins.
Brand owner the Organic Warehouse plans to open a further nine Here outlets in greater London over the next three years.
Michelle Jensen, the Swedish co-founding partner of Organic Warehouse, said: "Here is a very inspiring contemporary and 100% organic concept.
"We have tried to be very innovative when deciding on what to stock, bringing ideas from the US."
Fresh fruit and vegetables take prime position in the store which is geared towards meeting customer demand for day to day groceries.
Bulk bins for loose foods have been shipped in from the States for customers to select pastas by weight.
Other products on sale will include newspapers, magazines, nappies, washing products, and books on foods.
Twenty staff will be employed at the flagship store which is to open seven days a week.
Troy Smith, Organic Warehouse American co-founding partner commented: "We are totally committed to eating and using organic products.
"But we feel the public in the UK currently has to pay too high a premium to enjoy the benefits of healthier food and natural products."
