Food manufacturer Northern Foods is expected to release its full-year results tomorrow, following two profit warnings earlier this year.
Analysts are expecting the group, which makes Fox's Biscuits and Goodfella's pizza, to announce a pre-tax profit of £45.1m, down from £62.2m the year.
In March this year Northern Foods warned that a decrease in sales and rising energy costs would affect its full-year pre-tax profit.
And in January, it also warned that ongoing promotional activity by retailers and continued investment in its chilled food business would hit profit.
Analysts are also hoping for news on the possible sale of some of the group's businesses.
Reports have suggested that Northern Foods could consider selling its biscuits business Fox's Biscuits and its transport division NFT.
