Ocado has introduced a new order tracking function to its website to give shoppers a better idea of when their order will arrive.
The “where is my order?” tool on the website and mobile shop will warn customers if their order is running late and estimate the extent of the delay down to five-minute increments.
A version of the tool, still under trial, will also let customers know to the nearest half an hour when their shopping is due to be delivered.
