Onken is to extend its Wholegrain yoghurt range to include two ­­fat-free variants.

Cherry and Apricot will join the existing whole milk Strawberry, Summer Berries and Peach flavours when they go on sale with major retailers next January priced £1.50 per 450g.

Like the rest of the range, the low-fat ­versions contain a ­combination of five grains - oats, wheat, ­barley, rye and rice -mixed into the yoghurt.
