Sainsbury's has started developing its largest store in Scotland as part of plans to ramp up its presence there.
The 70,000 sq ft store opens in Glasgow this November and will create 120 of 1,300 jobs the multiple plans to create in Scotland by summer next year. "The new jobs are an integral part of plans to increase our presence in Scotland and will provide a real boost to the Scottish economy," said a spokeswoman.
The new store will replace an existing store in the Braehead retail park.
