McVitie’s Cake Company is aiming to build awareness and drive growth in the burgeoning ‘eat now’ cake category by relaunching its range with six additional products.
As with the rest of the McVitie’s portfolio, the cake company has returned to the traditional McVitie’s branding following the McV experiment.
The new products are a Chocolate Digestive Flapjack, Fruit Flapjack and a Toffee and Caramel Flapjack. It is adding a Toffee and Apple Muffin to its muffin range.
McVitie’s Caramel Shortcake Slices and Chocolate Digestive Slices have replaced the Taste of Home slice range.
