Waitrose is to highlight a raft of last minute holiday deals through waitrose.com as part of plans to make the site a "one stop cyber shop". The move comes in the wake of a link-up with BA Travel Shop that will provide holiday offers ­ including cut price late bookings. Upmarket holiday home company Landmark Trust and a major hotel group will also be providing last minute discounts through waitrose.com. The site also offers access to the Ticketmaster booking service and gifts and flowers are available with same day delivery. Waitrose marketing director Mark Price said that with so many late deals now available it made sense for the company to add a separate section to the site for its 326,000 visitors a month. The new section, due to be launched this week, will probably be called Last Moment Offers. Waitrose is also promising to add five more online services in the next six to eight months. {{NEWS }}
