Jim Cane, commercial director of Youngs Bluecrest, right, picks up one of the company's two Sial d'Or awards during a special ceremony at the show. Its Fish & Sauce range beat 24 entries from around the world to win the fish category in the awards. It was also named the best entry from the UK. But Fish & Sauce did not win the top prize the Global Sial d'Or, which is awarded to the "best of the best". That accolade went to Ajoblanco soup from Spanish producer Alimentos del Valle.
