SimplyFresh is offering to swap unwanted presents as part of a post-Christmas digital marketing campaign.
By interacting with the SimplyFresh Twitter account using #Xmasswap, customers will be in with a chance of exchanging a disappointing Christmas gift for one of their choice.
The retailer is also launching an emoji game on Twitter. Customers send a red apple emoji to the account and if they receive a green apple back they can win a prize of two Love2shop gift vouchers or family day out at Cadbury World.
“We are an innovative symbol group and our social media activity truly represents that,” said SimplyFresh social media manager Richard Huxley.
