SSP has won a £90m contract to serve Düsseldorf Airport.
The seven-year contract will see the group open eight food and drink outlets and a state-of-the-art conference centre at the German airport.
The deal will also bring the first Jamie Oliver restaurants to the German market, with UK concepts Jamie’s Deli and Jamie’s Coffee Van opening between 2017 and 2019.
Other brands include a new concept by German celebrity chef Tim Mälzer called Hausmann’s, French patisserie Epi and a KFC.
“SSP has been operating at Dusseldorf Airport for many years, and we are delighted to be building on our relationship with the team here as the airport moves into a new era,” said SSP CEO Cornelius Everke.
“Our offer has been designed to help Dusseldorf Airport achieve its ambition to be North Rhine-Westphalia’s ‘gateway to the world’. We are certain this outstanding brand mix will provide a highly engaging experience for passengers at the airport.”
