Lidl has rolled out a new tertiary brand of locally supplied meat across stores in Northern Ireland.
The Strathvale beef range, which is matured for 21 days, includes sirloin, lean round and lean diced steaks, as well as roasting joints, beef mince, lean steak mince and meatballs. The pork range includes regular and boneless loin chops and other products.
Strathvale has been trialled over the past few months but has now been added as a permanent fixture in all 35 Lidl stores in the province. Lidl also has a Bally Manor Northern Irish poultry brand.
