McCormick Foods has relaunched its Schwartz Sauces for Fish range. The new-look streamlined portfolio includes eight sauces - six in doy packs and two dry packet mixes.
The company said the revamped line-up was aimed at 25 to 45-year-old consumers who said they wanted to eat more fish but not drown them in strong flavours.
Marketing manager Benoit Lalande said: “Many consumers are not buying fresh fish because they do not feel confident about cooking and serving it in a tasty way.
“These new sauces appeal to them because they enhance the fish in a subtle way.”
