Princes Group has restructured as it gears up to expand its operations in continental Europe.
Canned meat, fish, sandwich spreads, canned fruit and vegetables, cooking sauces, pastas and oil operations are all affected in the shake-up.
The ambient food and soft drinks supplier has reorganised into four operating divisions, with a dedicated European development arm.
Base for Princes' European activities will be at its current outpost in Rotterdam.
Princes already supplies a range of products to leading retailers in countries such as Sweden, Holland and Spain. It has relationships with key European suppliers including Italian tomato supplier Russo.
Princes' retail and foodservice manufacturers have been combined and Tim Jolly, md of foodservice has been appointed md of the new division.
Foods manufacturing, (spreads, pastes and sauces) and oils have combined under md Sarah Arrowsmith, previously md of Princes' Leon Frenkel oils business.
Soft drinks, headed by md Andrew Murfin, remains unchanged.
