Recently relaunched malt whisky Balblair is hoping to challenge the cliché of Scotland as all tartan and shortbread with its new campaign. Brand owner Inver House Distillers has teamed up with contemporary Scottish creative talents from fashion, design, art and literature to design a squiggly-looking bottle. Balblair will run cross-promotions and sponsorship deals, as well as commission new work from those involved, which include fashion house Mackintosh Rainwear, fabric and wallpaper designer Timorous Beasties and painter JoLoMo.
