One of Ireland’s largest vitamin drink brands has secured its first major UK listing.

VitHit has launched four SKUs - Berry Boost with rooibos Detox green tea Citrus Revive with white tea and Lean & Green with apple, maté tea and L-Carnitine (rsp: £1.45/500ml) - into 500 Tesco stores last week.

The sugar-free drinks, which are made in the UK, contain a blend of fruit juices, ‘healthy’ teas, herbs and vitamins, with less than 35 calories per 500ml serving.

The Dublin-based company, which sells about three million bottles a year in Ireland, said sales had grown 40% year on year since 2010. It exports to 10 countries, including South Africa, Brazil, Dubai, Spain and Malta.
