Unilever Bestfoods has announced the management structure for the Pepsi Lipton International joint venture it launched in October.
The enterprise was set up to expand the marketing and distribution of Unilever Bestfoods’ Lipton ready-to-drink tea internationally and will focus on new markets.
PepsiCo International staff on the board are Antonio Lucio, currently chief marketing officer for beverages, Richard Goodman, chief financial officer and Ron McEachern, president for Asia.
Unilever Bestfoods staff on the board are Rachid Rachid, currently beverage group president, Sanjay Khosla, senior vice-president, beverage and David Jones, operations director.
The management advisory committee includes Albert Baladi, formerly vice-president for non-carbonated brands at PepsiCo International, who is responsible for general management. Mark Lollback, foods director for Unilever Bestfoods Australia, is responsible for marketing. And Marcel Lebon, vice president of finance for Unilever Bestfoods’, will manage finances for the joint venture.
