A new range of chilled desserts by Anton Mosimann, the original celebrity chef, hits Waitrose and Ocado later this month.
Made to Mosimann's recipes by organic food manufacturer What On Earth, the desserts come in four variants: his signature bread & butter pudding; mango panna cotta; caramel panna cotta; and Chocolate Truffle Delice (rsp: £3.49 each).
Mosimann developed the range with his son Mark, who is managing director of Mosimann's private club in London. They plan to expand the range and gain listings with more retailers in 2011.
