Speciality toffee maker Walkers’ Nonsuch has promoted Emma Walker, daughter of MD Ian, to the post of marketing and export sales manager.
She will be responsible for raising the profile of the brand with UK retailers and consumers through marketing and advertising drives. She will also support the sales team when presenting to new buyers.
Emma has worked for the family business, based in Stoke-on-Trent, for 15 years. Starting off in the factory, she progressed into the ordering department and then into sales.
She said: “As a family member brought up with the business, I know the company and the products inside out, giving me the best knowledge to make sure retailers get the correct product to enhance their range, sales and customer base.”
