Having used Anchor Butter for most of my life, I thought my taste buds were at fault! I thought that perhaps not so much salt had been used, and now .............. having seen this site I am mortified! No longer using butter from cows fed the delicious grass in New Zealand where on earth can I find the same quality?? Cows in the UK are fed dried food and the quality of our grass is 'pants' compared to New Zealand; and what about the antibiotics? Is there another brand sold over there as good??? I would be willing to pay postage and buy that instead!!
