What was your first job? I was a kitchen assistant in a local nursing home. I delivered teas, coffees and drinks to all the residents, which proved endearing and entertaining.
What’s been your worst job interview? It took me over 50 investment meetings to find one person who invested in me. So those previous 50 interviews obviously weren’t my favourite.
What was the first music single you bought? Take That - Back for Good.
How do you describe your job to your mates? I make plant-based meats from jackfruit, taking jackfruit to the next level.
What is the most rewarding part of your job? That I’ve found a team that think as big as me and have ambitions to drive forward and see Jack & Bry in space.
What is the least rewarding part? Not keeping up with demand - it’s a great problem to have but we want to make everyone happy, of course.
What is your motto in life? Arbitrium est in nobis fiduciam: In choice we trust.
If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? Obviously free food and exercise classes, my two loves.
Do you have any phobias? Yes, people knowing my phobias.
If you could change one thing in grocery, what would it be? Jack & Bry products would be in the meat and veg aisles.
What luxury would you have on a desert island? My laptop, I can’t live without it.
What animal reflects your personality? A pig. I go pink in the sun, love my food and occasionally I like rolling in mud.
What’s your favourite film? Anchorman, because I love lamp.
What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? At school, a friend went to throw a Nerd sweet in my mouth but it landed in my ear and wouldn’t come out. So I was carted off to hospital to have it removed.
Which celebrity would you most like to work with? It’s so hard. Can I be cheeky and pick four? Melinda Gates, Mary Barra, Leonardo DiCaprio and Amal Clooney.
What would your death row meal be? A full English, Jack & Bry style. Jackfruit bacon, jackfruit sausage, sweet potato hash browns, toasted garlic tomatoes, baked beans, homemade white bread and scrambled chickpeas.
