Pasta brand Beroni is debuting with a range of fresh frozen pasta due to launch early in the new year.
The range comprises three SKUs – Fusilli, Macaroni and Penne – all of which are manufactured in the UK using durum wheat semolina and water.
They will launch on 11 January 2021 (rsp: £3/1kg), with retail listings currently in the pipeline, Beroni said.
The pasta is cooked al dente before being frozen, and can then be cooked in boiling water, in the microwave or be pan-fried in as little as 30 seconds.
Beroni said the range was “restaurant quality” and would offer a “quick meal solution” for families.
