Bidfood is launching its first own-label juice brand this month as it seeks to bolster its product portfolio.
Launching this month, Orchard Grove offers a range of six fruit juices featuring Pineapple, Orange, Cranberry, Grapefruit, Apple and Tomato.
Orchard Grove becomes Bidfood’s ninth own-label brand, and closely follows the expansion of own-label meat brand Farmstead into frozen products and the launch of own-label bottled water Springbourne last month.
A Bidfood spokeswoman told The Grocer that the brand was established to offer high quality fruit juice and “deliver a product packed full of flavour”.
“Each juice has been developed to deliver great quality and under the new brand customers will get improved consistency,” said Bidfood brand controller Holly Marrero Easson.
“We know that own brands are an important solution for many chefs and professionals as they are often juggling costs with quality expectations and time pressures. Orchard Grove, with its refreshing style, offers quality customers can trust at prices they’ll love.”
Bidfood currently offers up to 66 branded juices, featuring brand giants such as Britvic, Copella, Ocean Spray, Tropicana and Innocent.
