Bol has created a range of veggie main meal Centrepieces.
It has launched a trio of dishes showcasing “oven-cooked vegetables that have been prepared, marinaded and topped with a perfectly spiced seed crumb”.
They are: Whole Roasted Firecracker Cauliflower, Sweet & Spicy Glazed Aubergine, and South Indian Spiced Butternut Squash.
The dishes, which require cooking in the oven for 40 minutes to serve, were “ideal for people who want to fit more plant-based meals into their busy week with a flavour-packed, hassle-free dinner”, said Bol. Each comes with a “unique drizzle” to garnish with.
They will roll into Tesco from November and The Co-op from January (rsp: £4).
It comes as Bol is massively expanding its product range. These Centrepieces mark the second entirely new range from the supplier in under a month – October saw it launch into the meal replacements category with a selection of Power Shakes.
