Inbev is planning to advertise its three La Famille Artois brands together for the first time. The campaign will feature Stella Artois along with its new lines Artois Bock and Peeterman Artois under the strapline 'Pass On Something Good', to highlight the brand's 600-year brewing heritage. "This year we introduced branded merchandising units that ensure the brands are stocked together," said James Watson, marketing manager. "Research shows that a credible brand heritage motivates consumers to consider buying a brand. The campaign shows the Artois brands deliver this, while building awareness of Peeterman Artois and Artois Bock and encouraging trial. The campaign is a direct call to action for beer lovers." The ads will break early next week with outdoor press advertising that will run to the end of the year. Two separate executions will run across 2,300 sites nationally. There will also be national press advertising and ads in key consumer titles until September. Artois Bock is a 6.2% amber beer while Peeterman Artois is a light 4% brew.
