Hello Fresh is running a series of live online cookalong events that aim to raise the profile of its in-house chefs.
The recipe box company will run four cookalongs this month starting from tomorrow, when chef Victoria Robertson will show viewers how to cook roasted curried parsnips with cumin quinoa pilaf.
A live Twitter Q&A session will run alongside the cookalong using the hashtag #AskHelloFresh to encourage customers to interact with the brand. The Hello Fresh Twitter account has 17,500 followers.
Managing director Ian Marsh said the company was keen to make its four in-house chefs more prominent in the business. “We have a lot of personality in the office - they are genuine characters,” he said.
“We want people to understand we’re taking their feedback into account and making recipes we think they will love.”
