Gourmet popcorn brand Joe & Seph’s is to launch its first vegan caramel range next month.
It has created three flavours: Salted Caramel, Toffee Apple & Cinnamon and Coconut & Cacao. They will roll into John Lewis Foodhall, Selfridges and The Vegan Supermarket on 1 November.
The NPD – which is also gluten-free – was developed in response to “an increasing number of requests” to create a vegan alternative to its traditional caramel flavours, said the brand.
Available in both sharing pouch (rsp: £2.99/80g) and snack pack (rsp: £1.49/32g) formats, the Vegan Collection has also been registered with The Vegan Society.
Earlier this year Joe & Seph’s made its first foray into confectionery with Popcorn Bites, a milk and dark chocolate-based snack in a sharing format.
The London-based business makes more than 50 varieties of sweet and savoury gourmet popcorn, including a festive Christmas range comprising Mince Pie, Mint Chocolate and Brandy Butter flavours.
