Chilled meal kit range Scratch has been revamped and gained listings in Budgens for the first time.

The packaging of the meals - developed by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux - now has images of the food being cooked, while a new logo reads ‘Cook from Scratch: Who stirs wins’.

Four SKUs - Chorizo king prawn paella, Thai green curry with bamboo shoots, Crayfish laska noodles and Makhani chicken tikka - have launched into 50 Budgens (rsp: £3.95/400g).

This is the second revamp in a year for Scratch, which overhauled its recipes and packaging and lowered its price before rolling out to Sainsbury’s in March.
