Women in Wholesale will offer one-on-one support to high-potential people as part of its new coaching academy.
The academy was launched to support and inspire talented women so they are able to progress further in the workplace.
Members of the new academy will be able to access six free coaching sessions from fully accredited trainers Sadie Visick and Ayman Nasreldin.
Participants will receive support to assess their strengths and examine areas for further development.
“We want to supercharge confidence and skills levels at a time when the pandemic has regressed gender equality,” said WiW chair Clare Bocking.
“The potential challenges to our sector are not going away, they are just changing, and we want to help by offering the ultimate form of support in the form of executive coaching.”
The support is fully funded and is currently open to all women working in UK grocery or foodservice wholesale.
Places are limited and are assessed based on the strengths of the individual application. The deadline for applications is 30 June 2022.
