What's the training like? This is a unique business with an exciting blend of products, channels, customers and suppliers. Employees are encouraged to gain a broad understanding of the business and quickly build up great levels of industry expertise.

What's your proudest achievement of the past 12 months? Implementing our interactive DVD, Blu-ray and games rental service rentithere.co.uk. Staff in all departments recognised its potential and rallied around to ensure the research, development and launch of this project were executed in a short time frame.
What is the most important or challenging HR issue? The next phase of rentithere.co.uk will see a rapid expansion of the number of touchscreen in-store rental units to provide nationwide coverage.
