Mallow Dunkz has debuted in Vanilla and Strawberry (rsp: £1.25/100g)

World of Sweets has added a duo of marshmallow-based treats under its Sweet Vibes brand, aimed at teenagers. 

Called Mallow Dunkz (rsp: £1.25/100g), the NPD comprises marshmallows coated in chocolate with a crispy candy shell. It has debuted in Vanilla and Strawberry.

World of Sweets hopes the new lines will appeal to teenagers and young adults who are underserved by the confectionery category.

“We’re always looking for ways to support our customers and fill those gaps in the market,” said Sweet Vibes brand manager Hannah Rodenby.

“We always encourage retailers to stock a variety of products for every age group – and the Sweet Vibes range hits those right in the middle, teenage customers who can be difficult to reach through confectionery products.

“Teenagers and young people often feel like there’s nothing left for them in the confectionery market. Everything either feels too young or too old to them. This is where Sweet Vibes can help – Freakshake Candy Cups, Freakshake Bags and Mallow Dunkz are all available now for retailers to shop.”

Sweet Vibes offers PoS and merchandising to retailers for its products. Retailers can choose from Sweet Vibes branded shelf-edge strips or a branded FSDU.
