Perkins Foods Group has recruited Ken Butt as operations director. Butt was previously European chairman of logistics company Tibbett & Britten. His appointment is part of a comprehensive company restructuring which includes the merger of sales and marketing teams. Ian Fisher has been appointed sales director to lead the newly merged team and Sarah Giles has been appointed marketing and development director. Graham Smith has been made divisional business development manager at Perkins Frozen Foods, with Hazel Ross working alongside him as business development and sales manager. Andy Fletcher also joins the division as senior technical manager and Howard Crook has become managing director of Perkins Foodservice. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
