A packed agenda for The Grocer’s 2023 annual conference has now been revealed.
Taking place on Tuesday 14 March at Kings Place in London, the event will explore everything the industry needs to know about how to win with gen Z in grocery.
Attendees will benefit from a programme full of exclusive research, influencers, agenda-setting case studies from leading brands and retailers and expert speakers spanning recruitment, marketing and consumer behaviour.
“This is an event not to be missed,” said The Grocer’s editor in chief Adam Leyland. “Gen Z is a game-changing generation of shoppers that brands and retailers need to build a connection with.
“Not only are they financially powerful, making up a fifth of the UK population, but they’re also savvy digital natives that care deeply about how the companies behind their favourite brands behave. And they’re not afraid to call out – or even cancel – those that fail to meet their exacting standards.”
To equip companies with all the insights they need to avoid this fate and to make the most of the opportunities gen Z present, the conference is set to cover a vast range of topics.
Expert speakers will deliver exclusive research on the priorities of gen Z-ers, delve into the practical ways to create meaningful brand partnerships with influencers and look at how to craft marketing strategies that defy gen Z’s infamously short attention span. Plus, further sessions will map out innovative examples of resonating with gen Z from all over the world, and leading brands and retailers will deliver their own success stories on building brand trust with this generation.
