Plant-based meal kit brand Grubby has partnered with Leon to launch a range of limited-edition dishes.
Med Veg & Pesto Salad, Korean Sticky BBQ Cauliflower, Mexican Black Bean Salad and Crispy Souvlaki Skewers will launch DTC via Grubby’s webstore next week, for delivery from 3–30 October.
Each dish features one of Leon’s Spicy or Herbed microwavable rice pouches.
They would allow shoppers to “recreate the Leon dining experience at home”, with fresh, seasonal vegetables, said Grubby.
Shoppers who order all four recipes will be gifted with money off in Leon restaurants, plus free products from Leon’s grocery range.
This is the latest in a series of branded collaborations by the plant-based meal supplier, which has previously teamed up with fellow vegan brands Bosh, VFC, Redefine meat and Fable.
“We’re delighted to be teaming up with Grubby,” said Leon head of grocery Miriam Rose.
“We value their commitment to healthy, sustainable eating, their motivation in supporting British produce and suppliers, and their sheer passion in delivering big flavour to your door.”
It comes after Grubby made its retail debut in October via an exclusive tie-up with Tesco.
Grubby CEO Martin Holden-White said the listing was “a fantastic milestone to making cooking with plants accessible to everyone”.
