Innocent Twists
Launch date: March 2022 Manufacturer: Innocent
This grown-up range of juices is set to debut later this month in two flavours: Strawberry, Watermelon & Mint and Mango, Passionfruit & Vanilla (rsp: £2.99/750ml). The aim is to give consumers seeking a non-alcoholic drink at meal times “something a bit more interesting”, says Innocent UK&I MD Sam Akinluyi. The Twists range is especially suited to evening occasions, he adds, though it is intended to be enjoyed throughout the day.
Tropicana + Fuel For Thought
Launch date: March 2022 Manufacturer: Tropicana Brands Group
Tropicana is targeting millennials with this functional juice, said to support mental focus. Blending apple, pineapple, guava and lime juices – and spirulina, from which it gets its unusual colour – the drink contains added B vitamins to provide a “healthy pick-me-up” between meals, the brand says (rsp: £2.99/750ml).
Moju Hot Shot
Launch date: February 2022 Manufacturer: Moju
Billed as a “spicy caffeine-free pick-me-up”, Moju’s latest juice shot aims to support everyday immunity. Comprising fresh-pressed mango, turmeric, ginger root and cayenne pepper, it is described as a milder alternative to the brand’s Ginger Shot, and has rolled into Waitrose, Leon, Planet Organic and Benugo (rsp: £1.92/60ml).
Coldpress Fresh Press Valencia
Launch date: March 2022 Manufacturer: Coldpress
This Valencia orange juice trades on its Spanish-based production and proximity to quality ingredients (£3.85/one litre). According to founder Andrew Gibb, the taste sets it apart from the “consistent blandness” of own-label lines. Limited time between juicing and pasteurisation also means more flavour and vitamin C are retained.
Mango Go
Launch date: March 2022 Manufacturer: Global Brands
Mango Go is a sparkling, juice-based natural energy drink packed with vitamin C and natural caffeine, which comes from green coffee extract and guarana. Each can provides the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee or traditional energy drink, as well as one of consumers’ five a day. The vegan drink makes its debut in Sainsbury’s this month (rsp: £1.39/250ml).
Tropicana Sensations
Launch date: March 2022 Manufacturer: Tropicana Brands Group
Tropicana is channeling exotic cocktails for this duo of new juices, which join the brand’s Sensations range this month (rsp: £2.75/850ml). The first, Raspberry & Mango Sunset, is made with apple, mango, raspberry and elderberry, while Passionfruit Punch features apple, grape, peach and passionfruit. Each juice provides consumers with one of their five a day as well as being a source of vitamin C.
