Soft drinks startup Hip Pop has a new look.
The Manchester-based supplier has overhauled its packaging and brand identity as it looks to build on major distribution and sales gains made in 2024.
The brand grew sales 255.2% last year, making it “the UK’s fastest-growing carbonated soft drinks brand”, Hip Pop said, citing Circana data.
Its new identity featured “a bold design, vibrant fruit illustrations, and packaging that stands out”, the brand said.
Cans have already begun rolling out across major stockists including Sainsbury’s, M&S, Ocado and Co-op.
“This rebrand isn’t just about standing out; it’s about standing for something,” said Hip Pop co-founder Emma Thackray. “People want real ingredients, real taste, and real refreshment. We’re here to shake things up and prove that great-tasting soft drinks can also be good for you.”
Hip Pop makes soft drinks including sodas, kombuchas and CBD drinks that contain real fruit and live cultures, as well as being free from artificial sweeteners.
It was founded by Thackray and Kenny Goodman in 2019, and made its grocery debut in Sainsbury’s in spring 2023.
In October 2024, former Olipop CFO Phil Trowler took an undisclosed ownership stake in the business.
